- Subject to availability in the alternative course

- Transfer to a more expensive course requires payment of the difference
3.2 Self-Paced Online Courses
For self-paced courses with immediate access to all materials:
- Within 7 days of purchase with no content accessed: 100% refund minus £30 administrative fee
- Within 7 days with less than 25% content accessed: 50% refund
- After 7 days or more than 25% content accessed: No refund
3.3 Intensive Bootcamps and Workshops
For short-duration intensive programs (1-5 days):
- More than 21 days before start: 100% refund minus £75 administrative fee
- 14-21 days before start: 50% refund

- After program has commenced: No refund
3.4 Bundled Courses and Program Packages
For enrollment in multiple courses or comprehensive programs:
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the furthest along course in the bundle
- Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions of bundles
- Individual courses within bundles cannot be refunded separately once the bundle access period has begun
- Special promotional pricing may affect refund calculations

- Submission within 30 days of the event or diagnosis
